i appreciated the helpful reception and housekeeping staff. a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were a definite asset. the location was perfect with the ski shuttle right by the hotel, also a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and the grocery store. the hotel is very well looked after and especially very clean.

For the price of the room i would expect glassware in the bathroom for water. the coffee in the lobby was not explained during check in. the rooms were not very sound proofed. I could hear people above moving around room. the balcony could be presented better. It was not very cute.

there is a pool at the hotel that the kids enjoyed. the pool area includes several lounge chairs and fresh towels daily. the maintenance staff kept the area clean for all guests.

the location offered easy access to the ski shuttle and shops. it was a quick walk to the grocery store. the frig and microwave in the room were very useful..

The noise isolation in the room was not sufficient. i could hear people moving around in the room above. the balcony presentation could have been better. It wasn't very cute.

I find the hotel super clean. Freshness and comfort were obvious. The staff were very friendly. I find the tech-forward approach notable. Automation made everything effortless, this included check-in and access.

my king room included a large fridge and complimentary aluminum bottled waters. the linens felt crisp yet soft. four pillows were on the bed, each with a different firmness.

the hotel did not offer a laundry service, inconvenient for long stays.
